TiPino offers its customers 6 rooms (5 double and one single) of about 18 square meters each, arranged on the ground floor and first floor. Each room has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a modern and functional shower.

There are two adjoining rooms, a suitable choice for couples of friends and for families looking for more privacy or intimacy. Room 6 has a bathroom for exclusive use. The brightness of the rooms is enhanced by the choice of the unmistakable "TiPino" design. The furniture is inspired by the concept of beauty, simplicity, comfort and functionality. Each environment expresses its uniqueness in the choice of details and furnishing accessories. The individual rooms, through studied chromatic choices, give a sense of general harmony that enhances the radiant sunshine of the rooms. The philosophy of Tilde and Pino is to give the best to their customers to ensure an unforgettable stay.

Each room in the villa is equipped with a TV, wardrobe and desk, a comfortable minibar, air conditioning (hot-cold), free wi-fi connection and a USB socket. In a large and bright space, shared by guests, TiPino offers a recreation area, where there is a TV and a sofa. The structure is also equipped with a tactile path and equipped to accommodate disabled guests..

The rooms on the first floor are characterized by a remarkable brightness enhanced by the light of the large balconies or the spacious veranda. Inspired by the concept of absolute tranquility, TiPino has recreated a secluded and comfortable outdoor environment for each room, in which it is possible to share moments with family, friends or in solitude. The verandas or balconies on the first floor have all the comforts designed by TiPino. Tables and chairs will allow you to have breakfast while admiring an enchanting scenery, in an atmosphere of absolute quiet.

The ground floor rooms overlook the garden and have tables, chairs and umbrellas located in the extensive solarium area of the pool. It is not possible to introduce pets inside the structure in order to guarantee all guests a stay in perfect harmony and in mutual respect.

From TiPino guest house it is possible to park in the area in front of the structure, completely free of charge.

TiPino services

• Set of linen (bathroom and bed);
• Change of linen every three days (only for long nights). With the payment of a supplement, at the request of the customer, it is possible to make an additional replacement.
• During the stay in the structure, the rooms are cleaned every day from 8am to 10am. If guests do not leave the rooms within this time they will lose the right to daily makeover. In this case, cleaning will be done the following day.
• Kit for breakfast (gluten free foods or foods for specific food intolerances are also available on request);
• Courtesy kit and hairdryer;
• Cot (on request);
• TV (within the common area);
• Washing machine and iron, available on request and with the payment of a small supplement;
• Air conditioning in the room and in the common areas;
• Free wifi connection throughout the hotel;
